Founder Michael Charish hails from the elite U.S. law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Michael has spent 25 years handling complex litigations, arbitrations, and investigations for clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 100 companies.

Our experience runs the gamut of sophisticated civil matters, and our areas of special expertise include: contracts; business torts; corporate governance; securities; and intellectual property.

Teaming up with local counsel where our cases are pending, we litigate in trial and appellate courts, federal and state, across the United States. In the international-arbitration arena, we have acted as counsel before the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) and the American Arbitration Association’s International Centre for Dispute Resolution (“ICDR”).

With billing rates geared toward the Israeli legal market, we charge a fraction of the rates of comparable U.S. litigators. Michael handles each matter personally and directly, and customizes the staffing of each individual project with a team of talented and seasoned U.S. litigators residing in Israel, who provide excellent support at lower rates.
